Surface grinding often achieves better dimensional control and superior surface finishes than Blanchard grinding alone. When required for your application, it may be used instead of, or in addition to, Blanchard grinding.

By combining Blanchard grinding for rapid material removal during roughing operations, and Surface grinding for finishing operations, we can quickly and economically provide parts that meet your most demanding requirements.

Nifty Bar’s Surface grinding equipment can accommodate materials up to 30″ by 120″ by 36″ in height. Or, by Blend grinding, we can grind material up to 40″ wide.
